Originally from Wendake, Daniel Picard has been crisscrossing Quebec for over thirty years, in search of the purest nature has to offer.
In 2017, with his partner Patrice Dion, he founded Les Épices du Guerrier, a project that began as a social initiative and has since become an extraordinary human and culinary adventure.

The public quickly fell under their spell.
Their spice blends, inspired by ancestral knowledge and native terroir, become a symbol of pride and quality.
