The property is fit for purpose, free from apparent damage, and is checked after each stay. It is the Guest's responsibility to note any apparent defects in the property and to notify the Host as soon as he/she becomes aware of them during his/her stay.

The Guest acknowledges that occupancy of the property is limited to the number of person(s) at the time of booking and for the duration of the stay. The Guest acknowledges that no pets are permitted at the time of booking and during the entire stay. The guest agrees to pay an additional sum of twenty-five ($25. 00) per person exceeding the reservation limit, and a sum of two hundred and fifty ($250. 00) per prohibited animal.

The guest is obliged to respect the regular authorized hours (arrival at 4:00 PM, departure at 11:00 AM) for his/her stay. Should the Guest wish an early arrival or a late departure, the Guest must therefore make a prior written request, pay the additional charges ($30. 00 per additional hour) and have the request accepted in writing by the Host.

The Host cannot be held responsible for:

Any damage of any nature whatsoever suffered by the Guest and/or by persons to whom he/she allows access to the property arising in any way whatsoever from the property or their use of it.

Any damage, loss or theft to the personal belongings of The Guest and/or those to whom he/she allows access. In the event of an oversight, the Guest shall pay for the service and shipping costs to retrieve the forgotten item.

Any unforeseen interruption of electricity, running water, gas and/or septic system services during the
during the stay, unless the customer is at fault.

By renting this house, the guest and those to whom access is granted accept the risks associated with their stay in the property.
