Welcome to Villa sur le Lac, an exceptional cottage located in Shannon, less than 30 minutes from Quebec City. Bordered by a magnificent man-made lake with a sandy beach, this upscale property is the ideal place to enjoy the pleasures of summer with family and friends. Here, days are spent swimming, soaking up the sun, taking part in water sports and spending evenings around the fire, in a vacation atmosphere that's perfect for getting away from it all.

As soon as the sun comes out, take advantage of the lake to cool off, relax on the private beach or go paddleboarding on the calm water. Whether you're the active or the relaxed type, there's everything you need to create unforgettable memories: volleyball, hiking, long evenings on the terrace, summer BBQs and moments of relaxation in the private spa under the stars. The vast landscaped grounds are ideal for both festive gatherings and quiet nature getaways.

The location is ideal for enjoying summer in the Quebec City region, with quick access to many popular attractions such as Village Vacances Valcartier, Bora Parc, Duchesnay and several outdoor centers. In winter, the region also offers quick access to snowmobile and ATV trails, snowshoeing trails and many other outdoor activities.

The Villa is distinguished by its large, bright spaces and numerous amenities designed for the comfort of groups. The main open area features a modern, fully-equipped kitchen (double air fryer, raclette stove, electric fondue, children's dishes), a huge dining room for up to 16 people, and a cozy living room with propane fireplace and 80" TV.

The mezzanine: Les Suites!

* La Suite du Lac: Queen bed, double bed, air conditioning and private bathroom with shower.
* La Suite Nordique: one Queen bed, one double bed, air conditioning and private bathroom with shower.

Garden level: The Bedrooms!

* Fire lodge: one double bed.
* Forest refuge: one Queen-size bed.
* Undergrowth shelter: Queen-size bed, bunk bed (2 single mattresses) and private bathroom with shower.

The chalet also includes an additional bathroom on the garden level and a shower room on the first floor to ensure maximum comfort for all travelers.

To enhance your stay, you'll find a foosball table, board games, a karaoke system, a Bluetooth speaker and a reliable high-speed Internet connection.

Outside, you'll find everything you need to make the most of your days on the water: private spa accessible year-round, large terrace, deckchairs, umbrellas, paddleboards, floating chairs and plenty of equipment to enjoy the lake and the sun. The outdoor fireplace is open from May to October (please ask for exact dates, which may vary by season), and a BBQ is available all summer. There's also a shed for safe storage of your bicycles.

The parking lot can accommodate up to 8 vehicles, and an electric charging station is available on site.
