Guest: any user seeking to rent a property

Listing: any content published (property, activity or service)

Content: text, images, descriptions, pricing and availability

3. Role of the Site

The Site acts solely as a platform connecting guests with property owners or agents.

The Site is not the owner of any property and does not participate in any transaction between users.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate information and to use the Site in good faith.

The Site reserves the right to remove any content deemed misleading, inaccurate or fraudulent.

5. Accuracy of Information

The Site does not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the availability of properties.

It is the responsibility of the guest to verify all details directly with the owner or agent.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Site disclaims all responsibility for:

• errors or omissions in listings
• disputes between users
• cancellations, losses or damages
• fraudulent activities

All transactions are carried out at the users’ own risk.

7. Automatic Renewal of Subscriptions

By subscribing to a service, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew annually.

A renewal notice is sent by email prior to the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date by contacting us.

If no cancellation request is received within the required timeframe, the subscription will be automatically renewed.

8. Payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes.

An invoice will be provided after payment.

9. No Warranty

The Site is provided “as is” without any warranty regarding its availability or the accuracy of the information.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is protected by intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

11. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Site to:

• send spam
• use automated systems
• publish fraudulent content

12. Disputes

The Site does not intervene in disputes between users.

All parties must resolve conflicts directly between themselves.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the district of Laval.
