Whether it’s for a few days of remote work, an extended stay, or a getaway with family or friends, this condo lets you change your surroundings without putting your projects on hold. Take advantage of the Wi-Fi to work in an inspiring setting, then close your laptop and head out to explore the mountains—just two minutes from the Massif du Sud Regional Park.

AN IDEAL ENVIRONMENT FOR BALANCING WORK AND RELAXATION

Imagine starting your day with a cup of coffee overlooking the mountains, working in the tranquility of nature, then taking advantage of your break or the end of your day to get some fresh air. Hiking, mountain biking, fat biking, wildlife viewing, and stream fishing are just some of the many activities available in the region.

In winter, ski and snow sports enthusiasts will appreciate the immediate proximity to the Massif du Sud resort. In the fall, the landscapes transform, offering a particularly impressive display of colors.

After a day of work or activities, treat yourself to a moment of relaxation in the shared spa, enjoy the outdoor fire pit, or prepare a meal on the BBQ, available from May through October. Inside, the wood-burning stove—with wood included—creates a cozy atmosphere for your evenings, while the air conditioning ensures your comfort during the summer months.

Accommodating up to 8 guests, Le Boisé du Midi 66 #D features a private bedroom with a queen-size bed, a loft with a queen-size bed, and two sofa beds in the living room (one queen-size and one double).

OUTDOOR MAINTENANCE

Depending on the services applicable to the condo, maintenance staff may be on-site Monday through Friday, between 7 a. M. and 5 p. M. , for tasks such as spa maintenance, grounds care, snow removal, or waste management. No indoor maintenance will be performed, except in case of an emergency.
