The Property
Discover L’Air Marin, a cottage located in Saint-Irénée, in the magnificent Charlevoix region. Offering breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence River, this cottage is the ideal spot for a getaway with family or friends, in a peaceful setting where nature, relaxation, and exploration come together.

Accommodating up to 8 guests, L’Air Marin features four bedrooms—three with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds—a full bathroom, a half-bath, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a wood-burning fireplace. You’ll also find Wi-Fi, board games, and everything you need to fully enjoy your stay.

Outside, enjoy the furnished patio to admire the views of the St. Lawrence River, share a meal, or simply savor the tranquility of the surroundings. The private hot tub, available from May through October, invites you to unwind after a day of activities. An all-season BBQ is also at your disposal for preparing meals outdoors.

The cottage and the adjacent property are reserved exclusively for guests during their stay, allowing you to enjoy the surroundings in complete privacy.

OUTDOOR MAINTENANCE
Depending on the services included with your cottage, maintenance staff may be on the property from Monday through Friday, between 7 a. M. and 5 p. M. , for tasks such as spa maintenance, grounds care, snow removal, or waste management.

No indoor maintenance will be performed, except in case of an emergency. Our team will exercise discretion to ensure your peace and quiet. Your presence is not required during these services.
