Welcome to Villa sur le Lac, an exceptional cottage located in Shannon, less than 30 minutes from Quebec City. Nestled on the shores of a peaceful man-made lake with sandy beach, this upscale chalet offers the ideal setting for a stay with family, friends or a memorable reunion. Summer or winter, it's the perfect place to unwind, have fun and enjoy nature to the full.

In summer, you can swim in the lake, relax on the beach, paddleboard, play volleyball, go hiking or simply relax at the chalet. In winter, the area offers quick access to snowmobile and ATV trails, snowshoeing trails and outdoor activities. The location is also ideal for the region's major attractions, including Village Vacances Valcartier, Bora Parc, Duchesnay and many recreational centers.

The Villa is distinguished by its large, bright spaces and numerous amenities designed for everyone's comfort. The main open area features a modern, fully-equipped kitchen (double air fryer, raclette stove, electric fondue, children's dishes), a dining room that can seat up to 16, and a living room with propane fireplace and 80" TV.

The mezzanine houses two large bedrooms, each with a Queen and a double bed. On the garden level, you'll find three additional bedrooms, including one with a Queen-size bed, one with a double bed, and one with a Queen-size bed + bunk bed (2 single mattresses). The chalet also includes four bathrooms for maximum comfort.

To enhance your stay, you'll find a foosball table, board games, karaoke, Bluetooth speaker and a reliable high-speed Internet connection.

Outside, enjoy a private spa available year-round, a large landscaped area, several deckchairs, umbrellas and water sports equipment such as paddleboards, floating chairs, etc. The outdoor fireplace is open from May to October, and a BBQ is also available during the summer season. A bicycle shed provides secure storage for your bikes. The parking lot can accommodate up to 8 vehicles, and an electric charging station is available on site.
