RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
A deposit equivalent to 50% of the total rental amount is required to confirm all reservations.
Reservations may be cancelled without penalty if made more than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled arrival date. However, a $25. 00 administration fee will be charged.
Reservations may be rescheduled if requested more than fifteen (15) days prior to the start date of your stay.
The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made thirty (30) days or less before the start of the stay.
Early departures are neither refunded nor credited.
For cancellations made seven (7) days or less before the scheduled arrival date, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

ESTATE RULES
Pets: To preserve the precarious balance of the wildlife environment, pets are not permitted, with the exception of guide dogs on duty. An $80 cleaning fee will be added, and access to trails for dogs is restricted.

Smoking: The estate and its eco-gîtes are strictly
NON-SMOKING/NON-SMOKING. Smoking is permitted outside within the confines of your eco-gîte, but please pick up your cigarette butts.
Traffic: No motorized traffic (cars, ATVs, snowmobiles) is allowed on the estate.
Fires: Campfires and cooking fires are permitted in the designated areas, but must always be supervised by a responsible person and extinguished before bedtime.
Wood: To preserve the forest, only wood sold at reception may be used.
Peace and quiet: No outside music; please keep noise to a minimum to respect the peace and quiet of the site and others.
Nature: No picking or cutting of vegetation is permitted.
Breakages: Report any breakages or defects upon arrival or during your stay. Any damage caused will be billed.
