- PLEASE! PLEASE TREAT OUR CHALET WITH CARE AND RESPECT.

- Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.
If you smoke outside, please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground or use the ashtray provided on the porch.

- This cottage is not suitable for parties or loud music.

- To ensure the safety of our guests and premises, we have installed exterior security cameras.
Our property manager is our neighbor.

- VERY IMPORTANT - For insurance and security purposes, the total number of guests/visitors/sleepers in the property must not exceed 16.
A fee will be charged if we conclude that more travelers have slept on site.

- no food or beverages in rooms or spa.

- Recycling and garbage must be disposed of in the outside bins (black bins for garbage, green bins for recycling).
Please respect the sorting of items in each of them.
We may impose a fine if this is not done correctly.

- No noise or music after 10 a. M.

- We provide make-up towels. Please do not use face or body towels.
Please do not leave wet towels on furniture or wooden floors.

- Apart from toilet paper, please don't flush anything else down the toilet (such as tampons and wet ones) as they could block the septic tank and cost you a lot of money!!!

- All items used in the kitchen must be returned to their proper place.

- The last dishwasher load can be set when you leave.

- Do not leave damp towels on the furniture or floor.

- Please clean the barbecue after use.

- Do not move furniture or decorative items.

- Children must be supervised by adults at all times.

- The municipal by-law prohibits fireworks, firecrackers and unopened fireplaces for safety reasons and for the protection of all.

- IF ANY OF THESE RULES ARE BROKEN, CHARGES MAY APPLY.

- ALL DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS WILL BE INVOICED.


OTHER NOTES

- The decision to rent this chalet and therefore to use all equipment, such as appliances/boats/spa/barbecue, is entirely at the tenant's risk.

- The owners cannot be held responsible for any event resulting in death, injury, loss of personal effects, or damage to either the tenant or his/her guests.

- In the event of an uncontrollable situation (power failure, water shortage, sewer breakdown, Wi-Fi interruption, spa breakdown), no refund will be made.

Please respect our check-out procedures:

*VERY IMPORTANT - Please do not leave garbage, recycling, leftovers inside the premises and put them in the designated containers outside before your departure.

*Put all towels in the bathtub.

*Wash and dry used dishes, pots and pans.
Return them where they belong. The last dishwasher load can be set when you leave.

*Remove leftover food from the refrigerator and pantry.

*Do a final walk-around to make sure no valuables are left behind.

*Close all the lights and lock the door.
