INTERNAL REGULATIONS

- YOU ARE MOST WELCOME! PLEASE TREAT OUR HOME WITH CARE AND RESPECT.

- Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation. If you smoke outside, please do not throw cigarette butts on the grounds and use the ashtray provided on the porch.

- This cottage is not suitable for parties or loud music.

- To ensure the safety of our travelers and our premises, we have installed exterior security cameras. Our property manager is our neighbor.

- VERY IMPORTANT - For insurance and security purposes, the total number of travelers/visitors/people sleeping in the property must not exceed 14 people. A fee will be charged if we find that more travelers have slept on site.

- NO FOOD OR DRINKS in rooms or spa.

- Recycling and garbage must be disposed of in the garbage cans outside (black garbage cans for garbage, green garbage cans for recycling, located at the top of the driveway).
Please respect the sorting of items in each.
We can be fined if this is not done correctly.

- No noise or music after 10 pm.

- We provide make-up pads, so please do not use face or body towels.
Also, do not leave wet or damp towels on furniture or wooden floors.

- Other than toilet paper, don't flush anything else down the toilet (such as tampons and wipes) as this could clog the septic tank and cost you a lot of money!!!

- All used kitchen utensils must be clean and put back in their place.

- The last dishwasher load can be set when you leave.

- Please clean the barbecue after use.

- Do not move furniture or decorative items.

- Children must be supervised by adults at all times.

- After using the kayaks, paddle boards and pedal boats, put them back where they belong.

- The municipal by-law prohibits fireworks, firecrackers and unopened fireplaces for the safety and protection of all.

- IF ANY OF THESE RULES ARE BROKEN, CHARGES MAY APPLY.

- ALL DAMAGES OR MISSING ITEMS WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD USED FOR THE RESERVATION.

OTHER NOTES
- The rental of this chalet and therefore the use of all equipment, such as appliances/boats/spa/barbecue, is entirely at the tenant's risk.

- Under no circumstances can the owners be held responsible for any event resulting in death, injury, loss of personal belongings or damage of any kind to the tenant or his/her guests.
- In the event of an uncontrollable situation (power failure, water shortage, sewer rupture, Wi-Fi interruption, spa rupture), there will be no refund.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
- The refrigerator must be COMPLETELY EMPTY.
- All glasses/dishes/pans/pans USED must be clean and in their proper place.
- Put towels in the bathtub.
- Do not leave garbage or recycling inside.
- Close windows, turn off lights and air conditioning when you leave.
- Take a final look around to make sure no valuables are left behind.
