Other rules
1) Noise must always be kept to a minimum;
2) The owner cannot be held responsible for inconveniences caused by nature or uncontrollable sources.
(e. G. power failure, snowstorm, household appliances, etc. );
3) The number of occupants stated at the time of booking must be respected for the entire duration of the stay.
The owner must be informed of any additions.
Additional charges may apply;
4) Any breakage or damage must be reported during the stay;
5) On departure, the accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition. If we have to wash your dishes or empty the garbage cans, we will ask you to pay a cleaning surcharge.
6) Keep doors and fences locked at all times.

No on-site parking
We have 2 free parking spaces at the back of the building, but they are limited and may not be available. Check with me.

Amenity restrictions
You have free wifi access, you have a starter kit for toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex, cleaning product, hand soap, dish soap, but you may need to buy some for long stays over a month.
