*APARTMENT REGULATIONS*
Check-in can be made any time after 4pm. Maximum check-out time is 11:00. You may request a check-in earlier than 4:00 pm or a check-out after 11:00 am, but we cannot guarantee this and will only be able to give you an official reply 24 hours in advance.

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $500 penalty.

Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $500 penalty and immediate eviction without refund.

Parties or excessive noise are not permitted in the unit; violating this rule will result in a $500 penalty and immediate eviction without refund.

If the apartment is left in a disorderly state, we will charge $40 per additional hour per housekeeper to tidy up when cleaning. We appreciate it when guests wash their dishes before check-out or start the dishwasher.

Guests are not allowed to book our apartment directly if they do not have verified ID and a profile picture of their face.
We don't discriminate, we just want to know who we are renting to.

Guests assume full responsibility for any accident, injury or illness occurring in the apartment. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any damage arising from their use of the premises. Guests acknowledge that they may personally take out insurance to protect themselves in the event of such occurrences.

If more guests than originally booked stay in the apartment, we will apply a $500 penalty and request that the original number of guests booked be respected from then on. Children under 2 years of age are not counted as guests.

If you notice anything that presents a danger that could cause damage to the place or to people, please let us know immediately.

If you delay the work of the housekeepers at check-out, you will be charged $50. This charge applies to all late departures between 11:00 and 13:00. Any guest still on site after 1:00 pm will be charged for an additional night. This does not apply if we have approved a late check-out in advance.

When you make a reservation with us, you agree to all the above apartment rules and regulations.
