The lessee undertakes to :

1. On departure, to leave the premises, chalet, garage, grounds, furniture and accessories in the same condition as on arrival and in their original location.

2. To comply with this rental agreement. Failure to do so may result in charges which will be assessed at the sole discretion of the lessor. Failure to comply will entitle the Lessor to evict the Tenant and his/her guests forthwith by terminating this rental agreement. In such event, the Lessor shall retain any sums paid to it and shall retain all recourse against the Lessee if damage has been caused to the rented premises.

3. To use the furniture and objects in the rented building for the purpose for which they are intended and in the premises where they are located. It is strictly forbidden to transport them out of the chalet.

4. To notify the lessor as soon as the lessee becomes aware of any defect and/or breakage of equipment or furniture in the building. Any misuse or use not attributable to normal wear and tear of the building or its contents causing stains, breakage or defects will be repaired or replaced entirely at the tenant? S expense.

5. Not to throw anything into the sinks, toilets, bathtubs and showers that could obstruct the drains, failing which the tenant will be billed in full for any costs incurred in restoring them to working order.

6. Not to smoke inside the chalet, as it is a "non-smoking" property.

7. Not to bring pets into the cottage.

8. To allow the lessor access to the premises at all times to inspect the premises and to carry out urgent work necessary to maintain the leased premises and its equipment in good condition.

9. Take out household garbage so that it does not accumulate inside the cottage. It must be wrapped in plastic bags and placed in the outside black or green garbage garbage can provided for this purpose on the grounds.

10. To lock doors and windows when the chalet and garage are unattended and at the end of your stay.

11. To return the keys to the combination safety box outside the cottage next to the front door.
