Rental agreement :

Departure 11:00 am - Arrival 4:00 pm (it is rare that we are able to arrive earlier) but if we are able to offer this, we will let you know by text message on the day of arrival, to the number you give us when you book.
Our activity is adult-oriented, so no children under 15 are allowed on site (no, you can't bring your toddler even if he/she sleeps with you and doesn't walk yet).
A maximum number of guests per booking and per site is in place for the following reasons (insurance and fire safety restrictions)
Jones Brook in Boundary Creek, NB is limited to 8 guests;
Island View in Flatlands, NB is for 6 people;
Glamping Domes in Flatlands, NB sleeps 2;
No, you can't bring your toddler, even if he doesn't walk yet, or even if he'll sleep with you.
ONLY the guests mentioned at the time of booking are allowed on the premises, please do not invite guests to the site who are not part of the booking.
Smoking, vaping and rolling joints are prohibited indoors, except in the designated outdoor area, at least 3 meters from the barbecue and any entrance door.
No eating or drinking in the beds.
No type of party is allowed.
Open flames and candles are forbidden indoors (fire safety restrictions);
Cooking with grease is not permitted (fire safety restrictions).
No pets allowed.
There is no space for air mattresses on site, therefore please do not consider adding air mattresses to accommodate an additional guest.
Outdoor footwear is not permitted indoors.
Camping tents are not permitted on the property.
Please be sure to inform your guests of the chalet rules.
Keys and/or access codes
Jones Brook in Boundary Creek, NB, the code will be provided by text message.
Island View in Flatlands, NB, keys will be issued upon check-in at 4 p. M. New Brunswick time.
Glamping Domes in Flatlands, NB, keys will be issued upon check-in at 4pm New Brunswick time.
