Chalets du Lac Millette Sainte-Adèle

Please read the Chalets du Lac Millette reservation policy carefully. Upon receipt by email of the Reservation Policy you are deemed to have understood and accepted the Reservation Policy. If you wish to comment on the terms and conditions, you must reply by email.


Reservation conditions
You must be 25 years of age or older and be present for the entire duration of your stay to rent a cottage.

The rental amount is in CAN$. A $250 cleaning fee is added to the rental rate.

A rental deposit of 50% is required at the time of reservation by lnterac transfer to the following e-mail address
9410-1821@videotron. Ca (no password required). The amount of the deposit is indicated in the rental contract.

Once the rental deposit has been paid, you will receive the contract by e-mail with confirmation of payment.

The balance of 50% is payable 07 days before your arrival date. An e-mail will be sent to you to proceed with payment.



Security deposit
A $500 security deposit is required at the same time as payment of the 50% balance.

The chalet will be inspected by a member of staff before your arrival and after your departure.

This security deposit will be refunded within one week of the inspection if no breakage, damage or uncleanliness has occurred during your stay.


In the event of breakage, damage or uncleanliness, we will deduct the repair bill from the security deposit. Replacement or additional cleaning required by the situation. The invoice and photos will be sent to you.
















Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your reservation between 1 and 30 days before your arrival date, no refund is possible.

If you cancel more than 31 days before your arrival date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation deposit will be retained.

The chalet owner will not reimburse tenants for unforeseeable situations (e. G. , power failure, internet failure, sewerage or drinking water failure).

We reserve the right to cancel reservations and/or rentals at any time.

We reserve the right to accept or refuse pets in the chalet, depending on the number of pets, their age and breed. Additional charges will apply. Whatever the pet,
Pets must not be allowed on sofas or in bedrooms.




Property rules
The chalet is a non-smoking property.

Noisy parties, excessive noise and outside music are prohibited at all times. If any complaint requiring compensation is made during the stay, it will be charged to the offenders.

The chalet belongs to a private owner and he expects tenants to keep their property clean and presentable at all times during their stay and on departure. If any cigarette butts or litter are found on the premises, $100 will be deducted from the security deposit.

Parents are responsible for the safety of their children and must ensure their supervision at all times.

The use of services and equipment (electrical and electronic appliances, BBQ, SPA, etc. ) is the responsibility of the customer.

The use of the pedal boat and the size of floatation vests appropriate to users is the responsibility of the customer.

For safety and insurance reasons, the number of tenants, i. E. people SLEEPING in the rental property, must not exceed the maximum number of people that can be accommodated, which is set at
6 persons. Visitors are not permitted. Failure to comply with these regulations will result in termination of the rental agreement. It is strictly forbidden to receive persons other than those listed in the duly completed list below.
