Le Chic Chalet is a newly built cottage for rent in Beaulac-Garthby, in the beautiful Chaudière-Appalaches region, the ideal place for a dream stay in the countryside, close to the water. Need to relax? Take advantage of the private 4-season spa! Looking for entertainment? There's no shortage of activities at Chic Chalet!

Please note that the chalet is not directly on the water's edge. In summer, swimming is a pleasure, as the entrance to the water is shallow and gradual. You'll have access to magnificent Lac Aylmer, a 2-minute walk from the chalet. Walk down the path to the lake, and you'll find the large, semi-private lawn awaiting you. There are two docks, shared with 2 other cottages. There's usually 3 to 4 feet of water at the end of the dock. You can moor a boat here for the duration of your stay, using the boat ramp at the local marina for launching. Two kayaks and a rowboat are also available for use during your stay.

Children can play in the sandpit or explore the forest surrounding the chalet. To enhance your stay, you can take advantage of the cultural and sporting activities on offer in the area. Nature lovers can take advantage of the mountain bike trails (6 km from the chalet) or the hiking trails in nearby Parc Bellerive. In winter, the area is perfect for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking or tobogganing. Whatever the season, the scenery is splendid.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Inside, you'll find all the comforts you could wish for in this comfortable rental chalet. A well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and stainless steel appliances offers all the space you need to cook delicious meals. The open-plan dining room can accommodate up to 10 people. Make yourself comfortable in the living room on one of the soft sofas and watch satellite TV or a movie on the DVD player.

The house's 3 closed bedrooms are all equipped with Queen-size beds, and there's also a Double sofa bed in the basement. Evenings are spent in the basement games room, where you'll find a foosball table and an air field hockey table. A shower room and bathroom (with corner shower and separate bath) complete the premises.

First floor: Open-plan kitchen, dining room and living room / Bedroom with Queen-size bed / Full bathroom.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with Queen bed / 1 bedroom with 2 Queen beds / 1 powder room.
Lower floor: Living room with game tables and 1 sofa bed.
