- You must be 25 years or older to rent our cottages.

- The lessor will not be liable for any damage to property or bodily injury occurring in or on the rented property during the rental period for any reason whatsoever, except for intentional or gross negligence on the part of the lessor. The lessee agrees to indemnify and hold the lessor harmless from and against any and all claims by whomsoever arising from such damage.

- The parties agree that the Lessor reserves the right to claim damages from the Lessee for any failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the lease, and may in particular retain the security deposit for this purpose, without however limiting the value of the damages to the amount of the security deposit.

- The building may only be used for vacation purposes.

- The tenant may not assign his rights under the lease or sublet the building.

- ANIMALS are not permitted inside or outside.

- It is strictly forbidden to SMOKE (cigarettes, cannabis, electronics) in the building. Please use the appropriate outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts in the designated areas.

- The tenant must notify the landlord of any BREAKAGE OR DAMAGE caused during his stay.

- The tenant agrees to return the rented cottage, its contents and the grounds at the end of the rental period in the same condition as when he/she arrived. The tenant and accompanying persons are responsible for any damage caused by their personal actions and will be invoiced for any damage caused to the property and its contents (except normal wear and tear).

- It is important to respect the QUIETNESS of the premises. The tenant is responsible for any fines for excessive noise that may be imposed by the authorities. In the event of excessive noise, your security deposit will be cashed and you may be expelled from the chalet immediately.

- Follow the instructions for using the SPA (located inside on the wall next to the garden-floor door) so that when you leave, the water is as clean for swimming as when you arrived. The consumption of food and drink is prohibited in the SPA. Please bring beach towels or bathrobes for your use of the SPA.

- Please use plastic glasses when outside.

- A charge may be added if the state of the building (cleaning extra) requires an excessive amount of time to restore.

- Any breach of these rules could potentially lead to additional charges of a minimum of $200 and/or eviction without any refund of the stay.

- If the tenant does not leave at the specified time on the day of departure, additional charges may apply.

- During winter, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended, as the building is located in the mountains, with a sloping entrance.
