Our rough-hewn log cabin has a pleasant natural scent, improves air quality and offers a quiet atmosphere thanks to the sound-absorbing properties of wood. The harmony with nature that surrounds the chalet makes it all the more welcoming. The fully windowed facade offers spectacular views. Situated in the middle of a vast and splendid undergrowth, sheltered from view, you can enjoy nature with your family, relax in the 6-person spa on the terrace and end your day gathered around an outdoor fire.

Your pets are welcome too, and can enjoy the chalet and grounds to the full. Our chalet features an outdoor shower with hot water and cleaning products, so you can wash your dog after a muddy walk or a swim in the lake. You'll also have access to an outdoor leash, a cushion and a crate in case of a short absence to take part in one of the activities offered in the region. All this to help you limit the amount of luggage you need to pack. No extra charge for pets. For reasons of hygiene, we ask you to place a small blanket on the beds, sofas or armchairs before your pet settles in.

If you have young children, please don't hesitate to ask us to supply our baby kit, which includes a playpen and high chair. A retractable barrier to secure access to the mezzanine is available at all times. We've installed a hidden area accessible only to children. What could be better than a well-equipped hiding place to play and create magical memories?

Access to the lake is via chemin des Nénuphars, a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the water is gently sloping and shallow, so the water is warmer. For the comfort of your feet, we suggest you bring water shoes.

Indoor regulations

General regulations and rental conditions:

-Failure to comply with the CONTRACT may result in charges to be assessed at the LESSOR's sole discretion.
-Failure to comply with the AGREEMENT entitles the LESSOR to evict the LESSEE and his/her guests forthwith, in addition to terminating this short-term rental AGREEMENT. In such event, the LESSOR shall retain any sums paid to him and may take recourse against the LESSEE for damage to the leased premises.
- The LESSEE must be 25 years of age or older.
- It is strictly forbidden to sublet the chalet.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the chalet.
- Respect for neighboring residents is a priority. Parties, excessive noise, music, etc. are forbidden. Curfew from 11:00 p. M. to 8:00 a. M. The LESSEE must keep noise levels within reason, both inside and outside the chalet. Any complaint requiring compensation to the complainant will be at your expense.
- Unless otherwise agreed with the LESSOR, the total number of occupants must never exceed the capacity of eight (8) persons. It is your responsibility to notify the LESSOR if you increase the number of guests on the original reservation and/or hold a reception, with or without visitors, day or night. Certain conditions apply to cottage events; please notify us as soon as possible.
- Outdoor campfires are permitted, depending on the danger rating issued by SOPFEU. Use only the outdoor fireplace provided. For more information, Fireworks are prohibited in all circumstances.
- Supervision of children is the LESSEE's sole responsibility. The LESSEE shall ensure that children are not left unattended in the following areas, without limitation: on the stairs, in the chalet playhouse, on the trampoline, in the wooded area and outdoor play areas, in the spa, near the lake and nearby streams.
- Swimming in the lake is unsupervised and at your own risk. Wearing a life jacket is strongly recommended. We recommend that you bring water shoes.
- The LESSEE must allow inspectors from the Corporation de l'industrie touristique du Québec (CITQ) and/or the municipal officer, if applicable, to enter the cottage for quality control purposes.
- It is strictly forbidden to use firearms on the premises or in public places in the vicinity of the establishment. The immediate eviction of the LESSEE and his guests, without any possibility of reimbursement, will be implemented without prior notice.
- Under no circumstances shall the LESSOR be held liable for any damage or loss suffered by the LESSEE. The LESSOR assumes no responsibility for damage, loss or theft of the personal belongings of the TENANT and his/her guests.
