The well-designed kitchen with high-end appliances is located next to the living room. From the kitchen's large island, you can gaze down on Mount Bromont and the bike path below, while enjoying meals with your family. On the other side of the island, a modern sofa is nestled next to a beautiful wood-burning fireplace and TV. The small side-by-side glass boudoir, surrounded by large windows with views of Mont Bromont and the eternal green of the garden, is the perfect place to enjoy your quiet breakfast. The main terrace, which can be used for BBQs and family meals during the summer months, connects to the luxurious outdoor Jacuzzi, offering a magnificent view of the illuminated Mont Bromont ski resort on winter nights.


Each of the 3 upstairs bedrooms is equipped with TV and AC, and 2 of them have their own terrace overlooking Mont Bromont and the surrounding area. 2 bedrooms have king-size beds with their own walk-in closets and balconies overlooking Mont Bromont. The 3rd bedroom is a single office. All rooms have work desks.

Upstairs, there are 2 bathrooms, with shower, bath and 2 sinks. The 4th bedroom is in the basement, next to the family room, where you'll find a sofa bed for a last-minute visitor, plenty of board games, a BabyFoot and a PlayStation for all ages. This room has two bunk beds (double over double and single over single) and 1 adjacent bathroom with modern shower and washer/dryer.

Outside, a trampoline and fire pit adorn the very large grounds surrounding this exceptional gîte, where love and comfort are the order of the day.

The number of guests and cars must be respected. Music outside the property is not permitted, to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.
