Are you looking for peace and quiet, but also activities for your family or group of friends? This is the cottage for you! This charming ancestral home is located in Cleveland, in the Eastern Townships. In the countryside, at the end of a private road, with only one neighbor a few hundred meters from the cottage, privacy and tranquility are the order of the day.

The outdoor layout has been redesigned to allow groups or large families to have fun, and relax when the time comes. The large in-ground saltwater pool (18x33) is sure to please young and old alike! Hours of fun swimming and playing in the water. A private 4-season spa is also available, and is covered and sheltered in case of bad weather.

In the evening, you can gather around a fine meal prepared on one of the two BBQs, then end the day by a roaring fire under the stars. Nature lovers will be delighted: the scenery is breathtaking, the birds are singing and the flowers are fragrant.

Observe wild turkeys, deer and foxes, a wide variety of birds and bluebirds nesting nearby. On-site volleyball court, horseshoes, petanque.

The Guest House is available for groups of 10 adults or more!

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

In a decor that's both rustic and chic, you'll appreciate our comfortable, spacious and warm living room, which can seat groups of friends and family around a large wood-burning fireplace, including a small boudoir with a sofa bed. Entertain and cook in the fully-equipped kitchen with seating for 16, and a small lunch counter. Enjoy morning coffee, cocktails or reading in the peace and privacy of the enclosed, soundproof solarium. This solarium can be used as a small rest area or as a bedroom with its comfortable sofa bed. Sleeping in quality beds and bedding, where no sound (apart from that of the birds), will take you completely away from everyday life. The other four bedrooms are upstairs.

This cottage also features a large, completely renovated games room, with its original ancestral beams and floorboards, creating a lovely rustic atmosphere. You'll find a pool table, dart board and sound system! Our favorite room is the game room with its lounge atmosphere. It's attached to the house and is open 4 seasons, thanks to a propane gas auxiliary heater for the winter. Formerly a barn shed, it is now used for your entertainment. This room also offers a mezzanine where you'll find two comfortable mattresses for a restful sleep. (Please note that it is not possible to sleep on the mezzanine in winter).
