The wrap-around gallery is roofed on the northwest side, and forms a patio on the east side, with a rustic six-sided wooden table that seats 12. Barbecue on a wide gallery on the kitchen side. Grass terrace with facing swing, outdoor fireplace surrounded by garden chairs for evenings under the stars.

The service cellar features a high-performance drinking water purifier and storage space.

A small summer chalet, insulated for winter, can accommodate a family. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs for 4 to 6 people, a shower room with toilet, a small closed bedroom with a bunk bed for three people, and a living room that can be converted into a bedroom.
