Pets are allowed. please ensure your pet is supervised and cleaned up after. You are responsible for any damage caused by your pet.

Noise Levels:
Please be mindful of noise, especially during the evening and early morning hours. This is a quiet area, and we ask that you respect the peace and quiet of the surroundings.

Respect the Neighbors:
Please respect the neighbors and avoid disruptive behavior. Any disturbances may result in immediate termination of your stay.

Parties and Events:
Parties, large gatherings, or events are not permitted without prior approval. Unauthorized events may result in fines or eviction.

Cleaning:
Please Clean up after yourself and dispose of trash in the appropriate bins.

Damage and Theft:
You are responsible for any damages to the property or furnishings. Please report any damages immediately. If any items are stolen or damaged, charges may be deducted from your security deposit.

Fireplace / BBQ Use:
If using the fireplace or BBQ, please follow all safety instructions. Never leave fires unattended

Hot Tub / Spa Use:
If the property includes a hot tub or spa, please follow all posted rules for its use. Children under 15 must be supervised at all times. Clean up after use, and use at your own risk.

Indoor and Outdoor Play Areas:
Use of indoor and outdoor play areas is at your own risk. Please supervise children at all times.

Parking:
Please park in the designated parking area only. Do not block driveways or access roads.

Fires and Campfires:
Open fires and campfires are only allowed in designated areas. Always monitor fire safety and ensure that fires are fully extinguished before leaving them unattended.

Lost Items:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure all valuables are securely stored.

Safety and Security:
Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the cottage to ensure your security. We are not liable for any theft or damages.

The cottage is located in a natural setting. Please do not disturb wildlife, and leave the environment as you found it.
