The chalet is located at 103 rue Martin (by the main street) and is a dead-end street. You're a 5-minute walk from the village of Eastman with all its amenities.
Mini beach on the shore ideal for young children, shallow water (1 to 4 ft. ), municipal water and sewer service, paved parking, superb sunsets in front of the cottage on the water, oak floors throughout; open-plan kitchen, dining room and living room, eat in front of the water, the 2 bedrooms are on the second floor and the staircase has handrails, the master bedroom has a patio door opening onto a balcony facing the lake!

Impeccably clean, 2 floors and 2 bathrooms, including the freshly renovated ground-floor bathroom with tub/shower and washer/dryer, and a service toilet on the second floor.

Pillows, mattress and pillow protectors, blankets as well as cleaning products and dry condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters, spices, herbal teas, etc. ) are included.
Bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels.

Escape to the "LA PLAYA" chalet and relax overlooking the ecological lake and flowers! Tranquility and cleanliness are the order of the day. You'll find more conveniences than you can imagine (spices, coffee filters, all the cleaning products, multiple board games)! You're sure to pick up the phone!



Boats: 2 BOATS FOR SMALL PEOPLE (80LBS. AND LESS), 2 open 6-foot kayaks for teens, 1 open duo kayak, 1 open solo kayak, 1 canoe, 1 pedal boat and 1 rowboat with electric motor/charger, as well as a windsurfer. Excellent fishing for perch, sunfish, bass (up to 4. 5 lb. in 2016), pike and brown trout.

In summer, play in the shallow, warm water (avg. 80-85 deg. ) on a sandy bottom, with a bike path 500 ft. away.

In the cabana, you'll find all sizes of safety belts and paddles for all age groups (infant to adult), and you can leave your bikes there in complete safety.
