"LA BRISE" is very safe for children, with 2 to 3 feet of water over 200 meters on a sandy bottom!

The average water temperature is over 80 degrees F, and there are no blue-green algae!
Lac d'Argent is environmentally friendly, so no gas-powered boats are used, ensuring peace and quiet.

3 bedrooms on the second floor, all-wood finish, the first floor is warm and inviting with a magnificent hardwood floor in front of the slow-burning "Bis" fireplace.

There are also 2 bathrooms, including the one on the ground floor with bath/shower and washer/dryer. Living room with home theater/dvd/cd, smart TV and wifi, rocking chair and family board games.

The cottage is located at 54 chemin petite rivière (dead-end road) on the "north" shore of the lake.

On the outdoor side, Orford is 10 minutes away, Bromont 20 minutes, Owl's head 25 minutes, Granby 30 minutes, Jay peak 40 minutes, sugar shack 5 minutes, 2 km paved multi-use trail ideal for in-line skating, cement sidewalk on chemin du lac d'argent for walking to the village, rock dust trail to Mont Orford Park, connection to bike path "la montagnarde".
A large 40000-square-foot plot of land at the rear of the chalet is available for your use, with raspberries and blackberries.

Fishing is also excellent (just off the dock) for perch and sunfish, as well as bass (up to 5 pounder).

Large shed for bikes, all sizes of safety belts (11) and paddles await you as well for giant Connect4 outdoor game and plastic axes throwing board
Wood included for indoor or outdoor fires and 2 propane tanks for bbq.

Bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels.
Pillows, mattress and pillow protectors, blankets, cleaning products and dry condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters, spices, herbal teas, etc. ) are included.
