With 20’ high ceilings, the open-concept main level boasts a chef’s kitchen, dining and living area. The 400 sq ft deck provides additional living and dining areas. There is a Weber gas grill and Kamado Joe charcoal grill available to any grilling enthusiasts in the group.

The mezzanine level features a lounge area (or secondary living space), 55” flat screen TV and pool table. A great space for fun and games.

When the night is over, the garden level includes 4 comfortable bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms offer lake views and walkout access to the backyard.

The chalet is equipped with high-speed fiberoptic internet so you can watch your favorite TV show and movies on the Smart TV’s or sneak in a few work emails (but only if you must).

The outdoor space is beautiful and comfortable. Next to the chalet is a hot tub, outdoor shower and firepit. With just a short stroll down the hill, watch the sunset or sunrise from either the 80’ private beach or the brand new dock. In the summer, the shallow, sandy bottom bay is great for anyone looking to take a dip in the crystal clear water. There is a ton of outdoor seating plus 2 fishing kayaks, 2 paddleboards and outdoor games. And don’t forget your fishing rods. Smallmouth bass and lake trout can be caught on the kayaks or off the floating dock.

Surrounded by the Papineau Wildlife Reserve, the chalet is located just 15 minutes from La Minerve village (IGA, SAQ, bank, gas station) and 45 minutes from Mont Tremblant.
