Conditions:

- Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Please use the appropriate outdoor smoking areas and dispose of cigarette butts in the designated areas.

- Animals are strictly forbidden!

- It is important to comply with arrival and departure times out of respect for our maintenance teams and visitors. Failure to do so may result in charges.

- The number of people present at the time of rental must comply with the number indicated in the contract.

- The tenant undertakes to respect the rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbors and residents in the area. Noise levels must be reasonable, both indoors and outdoors. After 11 p. M. , noise must be kept to a minimum, especially outdoors. Parties are prohibited.

- You must comply with all instructions relating to the use of the property that are given to you by the landlord or that you will find directly on site.

- The tenant may not assign his or her rights under the rental agreement, nor sublet the property.

- If any of these conditions are not respected during your stay, the owner reserves the right to evict you without further notice or reimbursement.

Responsibilities :

- The tenant must notify the landlord of any breakage or damage caused during his or her stay.

- The lessee is responsible for all damage to property and bodily injury occurring in the rented property during the rental period, for any reason whatsoever, except in the case of damage not caused by the lessee or its occupants and damage resulting from construction defects, lack of maintenance, natural and technological disasters, and any damage normally covered by the lessor's home insurance policy. The lessee and any other person on the leased premises agree to indemnify and hold the lessor harmless against any claim by any person resulting from damage for which they are responsible.

- The tenant agrees to return the rented property at the end of the rental period in the same condition as when he/she arrived. The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by his/her personal actions or those of persons accompanying him/her, and will be invoiced for any damage caused to the property (except for normal wear and tear).

General terms and conditions :

- The lessor cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury or illness resulting from the fault of the lessee, which may occur to the lessee or his/her guests during the stay. By accepting this reservation, the tenant and his/her guests accept the risks associated with their stay at the property.

- The lessor cannot be held responsible for the theft or loss of property belonging to the lessee or his/her guests during their stay.
