The Hygge Kabinn is a beautifully designed Scandinavian chalet with panoramic views of the tremblant mountains. It is located in the Chic Shack development in La Conception. Just 10 minutes from Tremblant, with several sandy beaches nearby, and easy access to activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, skiing and much more. The chalet has 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

Additional Rules:
MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF THE CHALET: It is forbidden to exceed the number of paid guests included in your reservation. Possibility of a fine of $500, eviction and/or prohibition of access to the chalet without reimbursement.
All person including children are counted towards the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

VARIOUS PARTIES, EXCESSIVE NOISE, MUSIC,etc: the tenant undertakes to respect rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbours or residents of the area and to keep to a reasonable noise level at all times but particularly between 9pm to 8am.

The municipality is very strict on this. A complaint that requires handling will be at your expense, this is your notice. Outdoor music is prohibited at all times. In the event of a complaint, possibility of $500 fine, eviction and/or prohibition to the chalet without reimbursement. To ensure the tranquility of the neighbourhood, a security guard makes rounds from a far without disturbing your peace of mind. Also, outdoor cameras are installed pointing to the parking lot for security purposes.

Surroundings are quiet and peaceful and we would like it to stay that way!

Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the cottage in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (dishes not done, soiled carpets, stains, etc. ). Cleaning fees set by Hosts are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations (laundry, vacuuming, etc. ). Should the cottage requires a deep cleaning, extra fee will be charged. If stains are left on sheets, carpets or furniture and can’t be removed, replacement value of the article will be charged.

Spa: if the Spa requires excessive cleaning including replacing the water, a fee of $600 will be charged. The water of the spa may need to be changed if beer, wine or a fruity drink is dropped in the spa.
