On the maritime side of the St. Lawrence this small house facing the river is a haven of peace, it is located in St-Jean i. O. , just behind the church in a cul-de-sac street. Available 4 seasons. Alone, with family or friends, you will enjoy the view and access to the St. Lawrence River at the same time as the proximity of services (bakery and grocery store a few minutes walk) and downtown Quebec City (25 min. by car). This house is well oriented and natural light enters it abundantly. Hardwood floors. The common room (open area between the kitchen, the dining room and the living room) is large and warm. A home theater is available as well as cable TV, DVD player and Internet. The kitchen is well equipped and functional. There is: a stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, everything necessary for cooking: instruments, pots, dishes, utensils, spices. Both bedrooms are upstairs. They are spacious and bright with hardwood floors and comfortable beds. The master bedroom has one double bed and the other, two twin beds that can be glued together to turn into a double bed. There is a small bedroom on the ground floor, furnished among other things, with a futon that can be transformed into a double bed. (We haven't put any photos in there yet because we just installed a hardwood floor there). In summary, you will have access to: Full kitchen - Washer-dryer - Garden furniture - Land - 1 double bed - 2 single beds (can be joined to make a double bed) - 1 sofa bed (2 places) -  Home theater with cable and DVD player - Some herbs - Some children's toys - Etc.

The electric car charging station is at the neighbouring church, and not in the house's parking space.
