This little house, located on the maritime side of the St. Lawrence, offers a true haven of peace with a breathtaking view of the river. It is located in Saint-Jean i. O. , just behind the church, on a cul-de-sac street.

Available all year round, it's ideal for a stay on your own, with family or friends. You'll enjoy access to the St. Lawrence River, while being close to shops (bakery and grocery store within walking distance) and downtown Quebec City (25 minutes by car).

Well oriented, the house benefits from plenty of natural light. It features hardwood floors and an open-plan great room including kitchen, dining room and living room, creating a warm and friendly space. A home theater is available, with cable TV, DVD player and Internet access.

The kitchen is fully equipped and practical, with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and everything you need for cooking (utensils, pots, dishes, spices).

Upstairs, you'll find two bright, spacious bedrooms, both with hardwood floors and comfortable beds. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the other offers two single beds, which can be combined to form a double.

On the first floor, a small room is furnished with a futon that can be converted into a double bed. (Please note that no photos are available for this room at the moment, as we have just installed a new hardwood floor).
