Offering breathtaking views of the lake, the chalet features a large veranda that's the perfect place to enjoy the magnificent sunrises and sunsets. Inside, the chalet is fully equipped with modern fixtures and appliances, including a spacious kitchen with breakfast counter and Nespresso machine, a magnificent wood-burning fireplace in the living room, and heated floors in the entrance, downstairs and bathrooms for optimum comfort.

The chalet is designed to accommodate up to 10 people, with each bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed and additional double and single mattresses located under the beds. The chalet also boasts a wide range of board games, card games and puzzles, as well as a pedalo, a paddleboard and two kayaks.

Located just 5 km from l'accueil Gagnon, in the Papineau-Labelle reserve, the chalet is the ideal starting point for outdoor enthusiasts. The surrounding area offers nearly 100 km of groomed and ungroomed cross-country ski trails for beginner and intermediate skiers, as well as ATV and snowmobile trails for thrill-seekers, and numerous hiking and snowshoeing trails for those who prefer a more leisurely pace.

The chalet is also just 15 minutes from the Lac Simon public beach and is located in Duhamel, an area known for its abundant wildlife, including large populations of white-tailed deer, moose and beaver. Visitors to the area will have the unique opportunity to encounter these animals in their natural habitat.

Indoor regulations

Conditions:
- We require guests' name, address, telephone number and age for registration.
- 3. 5% lodging tax not included;
- 250 cleaning fee not included: however, we ask that you remove sheets before leaving and put them in the laundry room;
- Rentals for people aged 25 and over;
- Arrivals at 4:00 pm and departures at 11:00 am;
- Maximum of 10 people - if this number differs, please let us know so we can validate everything!
- To make a reservation, you must complete a rental contract and send a deposit equivalent to half the rental amount;
- The balance is payable 30 days before your arrival;
- The $1,000 security deposit is payable the day before your arrival.
- The security deposit will be refunded after chalet inspection, maximum 72 hours after your departure, by bank transfer.

- Cancellation policy: 100% more than 60 days before arrival; 50% 30 days before arrival; and less than 30 days: no refund;
- Security deposit refunded at any time!

- Our rental house does not allow pets (allergies). A $200 fee will be charged without notice if the tenant or a guest of the tenant brings a pet to the cottage.
- Our property is non-smoking inside.
- We are not responsible for short interruptions in cable or electrical service.
- When you leave, please make sure you have locked the chalet. Any loss, damage or other damage caused by an unlocked chalet will be charged to the tenant.
- We ask that our chalet be left in a reasonable state of order and cleanliness: dishes done and put away, garbage emptied and placed in containers near the site entrance, empty bottles collected and placed in recyclable or returnable containers.
- In the event of a breach of housekeeping standards, we will deduct from the security deposit any excess costs incurred to bring the premises up to our standards.
- You also agree to hold "Le Pacifique" and the owner harmless for any injury, illness or death, loss or damage that may be caused to the person or property or to family or visitors during or after your stay in our vacation home.
- All our guests must be respectful of the tranquility of the bay and keep noise to a minimum while staying in our cottage. Please note that the quiet hours for the neighborhood are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
- No parties are allowed, or you'll have to leave the premises.
- Please respect the property so that others can also enjoy this paradise getaway! Respect and care for the neighbors as if they were your own. Thank you, and have a wonderful stay.
