References requested for group rental of persons aged 18 to 28. If the police are called for noise nuisance and the owner is fined, the fine will then be billed to the tenant.

a) Any noise emitted between 10 p. M. and 7 a. M. the following day, with an intensity of 45 decibels or more, is prohibited at the boundary of the property where the noise originates;
b) Any noise emitted between 7 a. M. and 10 p. M. , with an intensity of 60 decibels or more, is prohibited at the boundary of the property where the noise originates;
c) No pets are allowed;
d) Property boundaries must be respected.
e) In order to preserve the ecosystem and beauty of the lake, motorboats from other lakes are prohibited.
