This elegant chalet is ideal for traveling couples and friends.

Decorated and furnished with great care, you'll be amazed by its exceptional level of comfort. A place to live, eat and play, whatever the weather, thanks to a spacious, covered terrace.

A swimmable waterside with clear water, a cozy fire pit, every moment will be memorable. Located 5 minutes from the village. A little more... On your way to l'Équinoxe, you'll discover a region rich in landscapes of great beauty all year round. The road is pleasant and far from traffic.

Once in the village, you'll find a grocery store with SAQ, a gas station, restaurants, a beach, trails and friendly locals. After a few kilometers on the year-round Chemin de la Batiscan, you'll find a charming cottage surrounded by greenery or snow, depending on the season.

Outside, you can enjoy the Batiscan River, a calm, shallow body of water for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding and, why not, a little fishing for fun. This section, accessible only to the few cottages on site, offers privacy and security. A little further up the site, still close to the water, there's a fire pit where you can toast some marshmallows! Boats and jackets are provided, as is camping wood and a few play and swimming accessories.

On the lower terrace, you can enjoy a hot tub, hanging hammock chairs and a sectional armchair, so that everyone can be together doing different activities. At the spa exit, radiant heating is installed for added comfort. On the upper terrace, surrounded by track-mounted screens, you'll find a propane fireplace surrounded by a sectional. Perfect for relaxing after dinner and when the weather is less conducive to wood fires.

You'll also find a mosquito-proof dining set and a small fridge. This terrace is sure to please! Once inside, you'll find a fully equipped, modern kitchen with everything you'll need, opening onto the dining room, living room and terrace overlooking the water.

In the living room, a wood-burning fireplace and a home cinema will keep everyone entertained. Wood is also provided. A modern bathroom with bath and shower will make you want to spend your whole vacation here! On this level, the floors are heated for colder days, and you have air conditioning for warmer days. On the mezzanine level, a spacious bedroom with queen bed and a telecommuting area overlooking the river await you. There's also a shower room and a walk-in closet.

On the garden level, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and water views, another living room with home theater and a bathroom with laundry await you. Throughout the chalet, you'll find games, books, magical lighting and carefully chosen decorations. Beds, sheets, pillows, comforters and towels are hotel-quality for your comfort.

A children's gate and high chair are available, as are crockery and cutlery for the little ones. We've forgotten a few things, but it's important to keep a few surprises in mind! For wifi, you can choose to give them the password, or not :)
