Indoor regulations

A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is required at the time of reservation.

14 days prior to reservation, payment of the difference between the deposit and the total cost of the reservation is required.

Les Chalets Saint-Edgar reserves the right to charge up to $500 for any breakage occurring during the rental period within 7 days of rental.

PAYMENT:
Arrival time is 4:00 pm. Departure time is 11:00 am.

(There will be no reduction in rates for late arrivals and/or early departures).

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the cottages and/or to bring pets, under penalty of additional charges.

CANCELLATION:
All cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@chaletssaintedgar. Com. Reservations can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of booking.

If a cancellation email is sent to info@chaletssaintedgar. Com 30 days or more prior to the occupancy period, Les Chalets Saint-Edgar will refund any amount paid by the renter, less a cancellation fee of 30% (plus taxes).

If notice of cancellation is sent by e-mail less than 30 days prior to the occupancy period, Les Chalets Saint-Edgar will not offer any refund.

If the cottage is re-rented for only part of the rental period, Les Chalets Saint-Edgar will refund the tenant the amount paid for the re-rented days, less a cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the initial reservation amount (plus taxes). If part of the rental period cannot be re-let, the tenant will forfeit all sums paid for that period.

The reservation will only be approved upon receipt of the bank transfer.
