In addition to our daily fresh organic cheese curds, unique in Quebec, which make up our poutine, you'll find all our cheeses, butters and many other organic and regional products. You'll also be able to sample our exclusive homemade soft-serve ice cream, as well as hard-serve ice creams and artisan sorbets made with fruit picked when ripe.
