A veritable public square and a place of history, the Museum's exhibits recount the fascinating and moving lives of Quebec's Acadians, and it offers a wide range of cultural and educational activities to help visitors discover Quebec's rich Acadian heritage.

The Musée acadien du Québec site comprises six buildings. Each one tells a story related to the region's economic and social development. It will now be possible to learn more by exploring the new interpretation facilities on the outdoor site. Blacksmith shop, general store, fish shed, boys' academy - the Museum site is home to a thousand and one lives!
