Following its acquisition by the Municipality of Blue Sea, the presbytery was transformed into a community cultural landmark, hosting an art gallery with free computer and Wi-Fi access, as well as a tourist information center. The Gallery is dedicated to the dissemination of art, while encouraging the exchange of ideas and encounters between artists and citizens. This space encourages the emergence of artists by acting as a catalyst in the regional cultural milieu.
