Since 1981, La Sporthèque has been offering sports facilities for the whole family in the Hull area of the Outaouais region. Within its walls are five indoor tennis courts, four squash courts, group training classes, a functional training room, a spinning studio, two yoga studios, including a room for hot yoga classes, an indoor pool with open swims, aquafitness classes, junior swimming lessons and a fitness center.
