The broue pub "Le SAGE brasseur" is housed in what used to be known to locals as the ambulance barracks. The large glass door of our indoor patio opens on sunny days, and you can also enjoy the outdoor terrace. Our beers, both American and Old World, are varied in style and inspiration. Our sparkling offerings are in constant rotation, because we like to experiment. To accompany our creations, we offer locally-designed appetizers, but if you'd like something more substantial, you also have the option of bringing your own food or having a meal delivered from one of Cowansville's excellent restaurants.
