The Réserve naturelle des Montagnes-Vertes is one of the largest protected areas of private land in Quebec! Owned by the Nature Conservancy of Canada, the Singer sector is developed by Appalachian Corridor. The Réserve naturelle des Montagnes-Vertes is the natural habitat of several hundred plant and animal species, at least 90 of which are threatened or vulnerable, as well as 80 species of birds that nest here every spring.
