Well established in the Lac-Mégantic landscape, Fromagerie La Chaudière was founded in 1975 by Vianney Choquette and his family. The company has flourished to everyone's delight. Today, it has over 200 employees and 50 salespeople on the road. Now in its third generation, the company has preserved the authentic taste of its old-fashioned recipes.
