Les Fromages Latino is a 100% Quebec-based cheese dairy specializing in typical Latin American cheeses. The owners, Isabel Correa and Eduardo Ibanez, are originally from Buga, Colombia. They put all their knowledge, experience and passion into making cow's milk cheeses inspired by Colombia, Mexico and El Salvador.
