The 9th SHAKER Cuisine & Mixologie restaurant-bar has made its nest in the city of Sherbrooke, at the Carrefour de l'Estrie! The restaurant has been welcoming customers since May 2018, to enjoy the finest tartars and cocktails, in the heart of an unparalleled industrial chic decor. Over 250 seats are offered, not to mention a huge central bar with 44 seats, a private lounge and an outdoor terrace offering 70 seats.
